Housed in a 16th-century residence built around a medieval square tower, the hotel was once an outbuilding of the Commanderie de l'Ordre de Saint-Jean, in the heart of a vast wine-growing estate. The 2850m2 of buildings have retained all the charm of yesteryear, and include a château, a dovecote and a spa, all set in sublime natural surroundings.
