Detached house of 50m² (on the ground floor of the owners' house) in the heart of a large garden, at the foot of the old village of Allan, in Drôme provençale. Perfect location to discover the Drôme and the Ardèche, in any season!

Description

Single-storey accommodation, on the first floor of the owners' house. Ideal for families with 2 children. This accommodation comprises a large living room with kitchen (with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle), a large bedroom with shower room (one 180x200cm bed, possibility of 2 90cm single beds), a sleeping area with two 90x200cm bunk beds and a dressing area.
Bed linen and towels provided.
A private terrace in front of the gîte allows you to eat outside.
Gite rental includes access to garden and swimming pool (April to October). Access shared with the owners of the house.
The owners' house is never rented to other travelers.
Weekly rentals available, near Montélimar, A7 freeway and SNCF train station.
