Description
The story of this village begins a few million years ago with the strong volcanic activity, which is at the origin of the formation of the Coiron massif. Aubignas’ first written reference dates back to the Gallo-Roman era, as Alba Helviorum outpost, on Antonin le Pieux’ old Roman road. Nowadays medieval architectural legacy is still visible. But Aubignas is also a village with lots of agricultural activities. You will be able to enjoy it with the GAEC de la Pignatelle’ farm visit.
